Prototype test of 4x4 baja. rough assembly only. Yes i know the chain is loose, yes i know the tires suck. This was not a finished machine. this was a test after a few hours of work to prove the concept. Concept was proven and i moved on and completed the build

  • cool, but i could think of 10000 reasons why the chain is unreliable and non efficent

  • @kariemariann Please list these, as I can only think of 2, and cannot think of a better solution as easy to implement.

  • @vaultstory king motor baja t2000 its called

  • do i hear a turbo charge in it???

  • @kariemariann

-so do turnbukles eventually, its called maintenance RC requires that

-sounds like led lights on models to me

-again for your next 5 points maintenance is a common part of the hobby

    -it is ugly

if you build him some drive shafts and differentials and the hardware to mount all that from scratch and ship them free of cost I'm sure the guy would install them, winters look long where he's from.

  • I dont understand why u want the baja 4x4.. Its ALOT more fun with 2WD! And tbh, its looks pathetic :P

  • A small tensioner would do wonders! Also putting the paddle tires in the rear for sure, you don't want your "tracking" tires to have more grip than your "driving" tires even if it is 4x4. Great concept though, keep it up and im sure it will be awesome.

  • thats actually really cool but it would be better if you could fix the chain problem. now i want one

  • thats actually really cool but it would be better if you could fix the chain problem

  • if you want 4x4 buy a savage or a FG or an MCD but not a baja, dickhead

    you totally ruin it

  • what could improve that would be a small idler gear on a spring (similar to a bike derailleur) mounted in near the centre of the chain applying tension to the chain to stop it falling off so easily.

  • stop bleeping the damn thing..
