  • See this car at the Indianapolis Mecum Auction!

    Saturday May 22, 2010

    Lot S220

  • Was that a T-56 I saw bolted to the back of the engine?

If so, thankyouthankyouthankyou! WAY too many automatic hot rods out there! Seems like no one has the gumption to shift their own machines anymore.

  • Its a Viper SIX-SPEED!

  • To see the motor first start Search YouTube:

"Starting Jack's V-16 Project Car" Then for final assembly and more pictures go to JackBowser dot com. Got a second at the Autorama at Cobo Hall in Detroit in March!

  • Actually its a 34 Marmon CAR engine.

  • So it is! Shoulda read the comments in the other vids first... Still, well-done! 'Bout damn time someone used something besides a TH-(?)! Absolutely brilliant engineering feat, as well.

  • very cool!!

  • Very nice seeing that Marmon 16 ROAR to life again. Where did you find the donor engine? I was also curious to know how did it go finding parts , especially Hi Performance parts? Did you have them custom made? I sure would love to duplicate that!! WOW! I have a 55 Packard V-8 myself. Thanks, Vince C.

  • NICE Compilation dude ,Is that a marmon truck engine?
