I definitely agree that "...And Justice For All" is their best album. "Ride the Lightning & Master of Puppets" are really good too.

The Black Album is okay, it isn't bad, it has some good songs, but that was their last album that was any good.

Ever since then, it's just been shit. Load & Reload are loads of SHIT! Garage Inc doesn't count cuz they're cover songs. Shit Anger sucks ass.

And Death FAGnetic blows. It's a substandard pile of crap, a couple of ok songs but thats it.

Haha yeah Fagnetic no doubt about that. What I really think is silly is the way James sings now a days!? I mean he sounds like some old woman trying to be loud, he doesn't have the balls to sing aggressively anymore. But its funny that Metallica thinks that they are writting the music for themselves and not for the fans, which is what they really do. Load & Reload was them trying to grab some bucks in the mainstream dep. And St. Shit was targeting teens, and with Fagnetic the black album crowd.

True, Kill 'Em All isn't technical at all, but every song has a riff that embeds itself into your head.

Besides, most technical music is boring as fuck, for example Origin is fine once and a while but you can't just sit down and listen to Antithesis as a whole like you can Kill 'Em All.

What you said about every other album is the exact truth. What the FUCK were they thinking with The Black Album... shows how too much fame ruins a fuckload of bands.

I agree with almost everything you said, but I think AJFA is less interesting than MoP or RtL AJFA while good, the songs get get kinda annoying and repetitive because of their unnecessary length. Also I thought the melodies of MoP and RtL were better, I just feel like metallica lost something after Cliff Burton. That being said I still enjoy the album but just not to the extent of RtL or MoP. The Black album is somewhat of a guilty pleasure of mine, I like it, but it's not that great.

ST. Anger is the best studio Metallica album ever. The reason why there were no solos is because if you put solos in it, the songs wouls be so epic that heads would explode. Since Metallica are not murderers they did not do it.

Metallica is a fucking good band. St anger, load, and reload were not very good, but they made a great comeback with death magnetic. Stop saying metallica sucks, watch "making megnetic" and you will see how much effort they put into each song
