My Two G. M.s. Gracie Meem and Gilda Marie

Gilda Marie and Gracie Meem have the same initials. I did not do that on purpose. I realized after naming Gracie that I had given them the same initials.
Gilda Marie was rescued from a refinery after a refinery operator friend of mine, saw her in the middle of the night staggering out looking for food. She was skinny as paper was the his words for her. She is feral but was so close to death, she followed him into a small room as he offered her cat food.
She has fallen in some Hydrocarbon goo and was half covered in it, her skin wasn't skin anymore, you probably don't want to hear the details. Her legs were half atropied, as she had just hunkered down, unable to get around normally and sick from the poisoning tru her skin.
Well, she survived and to my delight, COULD run and climb. She is a girly girl, so pretty.

Gracie Meem is my recent rescue. On her own for a very long time, she lives with acute arthritis. Her pelvis was fractured long ago and healed askew so her body modified her walk to reduce pain, which caused a lot of arthritis and joint loss. She is a remarkable cat. She plays, and can run pretty good if she wants. I adore this little minx of a girl.

@gigi101060 Yes she used up some. She really did have atrophied legs, hard for her to walk. It was quite a while before she grew belly hair in, I was surprised to see she has a white area there. Her little front ankles still wobble a bit. I think the tendons may have lost some elasticity. Doesn't hold her back though. She sure can climb her tall cat tree in a hurry.
