It is probably Antares - a star. When is is low to the horizon our atmosphere causes it to appear to be pulsating. When I looked at it tonight (low on horizon in August sky in Madison, WI) it looked like a disco ball! The change in place is due to different day/time - different location in sky.

I saw it in Croatia twice this summer, never before in my life. Orange-bright lights traveling pretty fast. 21.07. & 09.08 was dates, detailed describe on channel, unfortunately no videos of my sights :/ but many same sights as mine around the world, many of them last 2,3 months. I´ve maid playlist. Greetings..

Very interesting. I've seen a few UFO's around Stoke over the years but non were green. The whole sky glowed bright green one night though for quite a while. That was spooky cos there was a power cut at the same time, after a very loud bang. (about 1975).
