Reportedly shocking jaded 42nd Street NYC grindhouse audiences into silent submission on its release, "Ms.45" is an early feature from director Abel ("Bad Lieutenant") Ferrara. It's a landmark of sleaze cinema, combining twisted psycho-drama with gritty violence and sporadic bits of black humor. Seventeen-year-old Zoe Tamerlis (who later scripted "Bad Lieutenant") stuns here, playing a beautiful mute garment district worker who - raped not once, but twice in the same day - snaps and quietly slips full-on into "angel of vengeance" mode, wreaking death on the predatory male scum of NYC's sidestreets and alleys. If you respond to the sleazier instincts of Roger Corman and Jack Hill, you will love "Ms.45".

I saw it on Italian television as "La donna della vendetta" (The Woman of Revenge).

Afterwards I tried to get my girlfriend to dress up as a nun, and hold a pistol in her hand, but she wouldn't. :-(

I saw this movie (MS.45) of 1981 and it is a question of a mute woman who is violated by two bad men and her definde of the second one but despues she becomes upset and begins To murder all the Men turning as a Terrorist's species of Men Though this movie me parecio very discriminatory and sexist...

The dvd release isnt worth it, they edited out some of the most offensive lines...I just bought it on vhs for $30, and it was money well spent!!!
