@unmegaface - i think that a bad rendition can be enjoyable, but not in this context.
A young admirer pouring their soul into the song while stumbling and rumbling through
the waves can redeem a bad day. But when a professional rock star chooses to pay
homage (or feign an association), a degree of quality far above this is the least requirement.

@brightphoebus i'm a ridiculous floyd fan (won't even begin to go into detail, i'll never stop xD), the original barrett recording of this song is much less than perfect. syd's style is very free and even at times sloppy. i think it's just epic that cornell pulled this guy out. what a tribute!
