@driteon He's a musician. He knows what's happening. Art Tatum, Stevie Wonder, Ray Charles...The best piano tuners in the world can't see the keys. Fauré had a......forget it.

someone said they sang live over pre-recorded instruments. i think they played and sang live. listen to george's somewhat crude guitar solo. a great performance at their peak!

@driteon Paul didn't need to look, because on Shindig they used live vocals over prerecorded instrumentals. Check out John Lennon's facial expressions, he hated this style of performing, he thought it was phony.
