i know but i call it poly to smooth, so i was like poly to subdiv? but i get you now and its good to do that when modeling.

@aaronh678 switching from poly to subdiv has also its own uses , they wouldn't put it there if it was useless but yea its from poly to poly in a smoother subdivision level ....

@AdrianLOkeeffe whats so funny ? he was probably going to a higher subdiv in polygon mode, it doesn't matter anymore cause am way ahead of this in maya since i posted that comment .. but you are an asshole for laughing without pointing out why ...and usually people like me are the ones who advance fast and kick asses like you ! so if you feel like the "chuck norris" of Maya then go make fun of some other beginners to feel better about your skills , real good designers never bitch around !
