QMS HyperLine™ - Saves Lives, Saves Cost, Saves the Environment

QMS HyperLine™ is our award winning innovative, high performance, alternative line marking process for the maintenance of existing road markings. Suitable for Edge Lines, Centre Lines, Hatching & Chevrons, this pioneering technique is revolutionising the road markings throughout the United Kingdom.

QMS HyperLine™ is a combination of a cold, spray applied Waterborne Acrylic Resin and two sizes of Recycled Glass Beads, producing a road marking that is environmentally sustainable with high levels of performance and productivity.

Traffic Management is greatly reduced as the outputs can be as much as 275% greater than conventional line marking systems. Add this together with over a 200% increase in performance and very low Co2 emissions; QMS HyperLine™ is an environmentally sustainable, high performance road marking system.

With high emphasis on environmental sustainability, we have calculated the Co2 emissions of our QMS HyperLine™ system. Less than 1kg of Co2 is produced per m2 of Road Marking. This includes the manufacture and application of the product. Achieving a staggering 80% saving on Co2 emissions compared to Sprayed Thermoplastic Markings.

QMS HyperLine™ is still the only available Waterborne Resin for line marking maintenance on the UK's Highway Network. It has tried and tested and carries a British Road Trials Certificate. With many years of proven durability and performance, in fact millions of metres laid and not a single metre failed.
