  • Internal rotation is one of the actions, but they also aduct the shoulder and help depress the scapula. In this case the action is adduction with downward rotation with scapular depression and adduction.

  • On the lat pull-down you said that your doing this to counter rounded shoulders, but the lats are internal rotators of the shoulder joint, wouldn't strengthening them cause rounded shoulders? Please explain john if you get a chance. Thanks.
