I wanted to throw this out quick so I didn't get a chance to use different tunes.
I don't have the handstand down solid, obviously, but this is the first time I was able to perform this for multiple sets and it felt DAMN good.
Hey man, great stuff! I reckon the fastest way to get a balanced HS on rings is to just press to a HS and DON'T put ur feet on the cables. Just try to hold it. It will be more unstable and scary, but after a couple of days u'll be holding it for 4 secs, then 6, then 10 and then u'll be able to hold as long as u want! It helps to have a mat under u though so u don't have to worry about flipping over ur head:)

@MrArbitrager Thanks dude! I have been doing both shoulderstanding and handstands on the rings with my feet on the straps to get full range of motion. The only thing about the shoulderstands is that my allignment is TOTALLY different, with my feet being very far from vertical.

Nice work on the rings HS. Try to turn them out a little more at least to parallel although it feels harder it actually becomes easier to balance. Nice work

Thanks! I am still working on the duration of the hold but this is the first year I have really felt in such balance.
