@ampca Yes, maybe you have inherited Ehlers–Danlos syndrome (is your skin very streachable too?). If you have it, just be careful about always working out (you need to build more muscles than average people) and eating the right food all life long, so that this syndrome remains a great gift and not a handicap. And yes, go ahead and develop this great potential! All the best!

UHM ! DO YOU HAVE ANY BACK BONE ?! XD

Some people are born flexible but other than that its practice, practice and practice. Russians and Chinese are good at it cos its a traditional sporting activity and therefore have great coaches who know how to bring out the best in the kids. You can check it out on youtube.

@911girlicious:I've read that Mongolian Contortion has specific "types" of poses, Mongolian poses they do, but (white) people are usually like "it's always the Chinese people that are really flexible" <--that's a myth. Some of the really good contortionists are either: Russians, Mongolians, Chinese, or other White people. (:

You wanna check out some instructions on how to become more flexible and one day be like me? Then check out my videos!
Really? Because Im adopted from china and they say that they have no records of my parents because I was found abandoned. Ive been taking a dance class for 1 year and I have not stretched my back at all. But my teacher said my back is so flexible its creepy. You can even see it when i dance, the way my back moves with my whole body its just abnormally flexible. So..... can I get an explanation why my back is so flexible!!!!?
