EXACTLY! It's pure coincidence that the temperature rise started the same time as the rise in CO2, and another, (larger) coincidence that that started to rise with the industrial revolution.

Humans would have to have started burning large amounts of carbon to cause such a rise, and as we all know those steam machines ran on love and moonbeams.
