That bit with Mitchell cracks me up when he first shows up here. I definitely believe that had he survived and gone onto the actual series, he would have given Kirk a run for his money in hooking up with various space babes. Maybe thats why he was killed off...

Yes, she played Yeoman Smith in the second pilot. She was a real babe, wasn't she? Much more attractive than Grace Lee Whitney (Yeoman Janice Rand), I always thought.
