@tremer88 2 grand for a top end on a 4stroke, $250 for a 2stroke. less maintanence with the 4stroke but its way more to rebuild and you have to pay somebody to do it

It is fact that 2 strokes put out more horsepower and TQ in the powerband. The thing is about 4 strokes, is that their maximum TQ is at a much lower RPM than 2 strokes. 2 strokes in my personal opinion are just too high maintenance. I'd prefer a 4 stroke myself but that doesnt mean don't appreciate 2 strokes.
