Yeah. The ones in Florida didn't look as good. They had faces made from some soft fabric material instead of molded rubber skin. The Kong ride was better though.
This one, in Cali, is just this brief scene on the tram ride.

Its not a ride. Its an exhibit on the Universal studios tour. There was an actual ride called Kongfrontation in Universal Florida where Kong attacks you on the Roosevelt Island Lift and smashes buildings and blows stuff up
while helicopters shoot at you.
