I know I haven't been here and I know I haven't updated since like July and I'm sorry to the people who actually liked this site. I will update every now and again, I promise. But an update for you guys, I now have photoshop CS5. Yay!

Here is the 3D Effect.

1. Open up your document into Photoshop CS3, CS4, or CS5

2. Go to Image - Adjustments - Channel Mixer and check the box next to Monochrome. This will turn your image black and white.

3. Duplicate the background layer TWICE and rename both layers to make layer placement easier if that's what you prefer to do. I used the names 'Blue' and 'Red' on mine.

4. Select your second to last layer and go to Layer - New Fill Layer - Solid Color. Set the layer mode to 'Lighten' and for your blue, use the color code #32ffff and press OK

5. Select your top layer and repeat step four and this time for your red, use the color code #ff3232

6. Merge both of your color layers to your duplicate layers and set both duplicate layers to 'Darken'. DO NOT mess with the background layer.

7. Select your 'Move' tool and begin moving each duplicate layer wherever you want.

8. Go to Layer - Flatten Image and you're done!

Message me if you have any questions. Good luck!
