No if that was the case she wouldnt be appearing in front of Miku asking her to help and save her brother Kaname and Reika, not to mention she gave Rei the Camera Obscura in the beginning (looked like a childs hand so im assuming) and it just happend to be the fact that Amane and Miku both lost their brother so that helps with that connection, Amane was always the good one period
