Hi Charlie, thanks for the video. I'm curious, it appears the temperature keeps rising after thermostat light goes off, if you didn't flush, how long would it take to fall to your desired 110C?

110 deg c is the temperature at the top of the boiler. The temp at the group head will be less than this. You also have to factor in that the temperature will drop during the shot.

@rockybilbao The light shows you when the element is on. Light on = element on. If you wait until the element goes off, steam pressure will gradually drop as you steam until the element kicks in again. If you start steaming before the light goes out the element will stay on while you steam giving you max pressure = faster steaming.
