I fully support unity and the betterment of Hmong. The conception of HND may have been envision REAL changes, but unfortunate the powers-that-be failed to follow through. After 13 years, I have not seen anything tangible. Yes, networking is important but that can only carry you so far. HND has fallen short of impacting local communities. Any organization can invite speakers, put on a show and dance, and present awareness. It's the same old thing. I challenge HND to show productivity.
