As it turned out later, HI's AG may have been the one to make that claim for Fukino, she just didn't tell anyone. To many Obama fans, such lack of transparency doesn't matter.

If Fukino, Lingle, or the rest discovered tomorrow that Obama faked things, does anyone think they'd rush to inform us? Of course not.

When you request a birth certificate, the one you get looks exactly like the one posted on his site. That's the birth certificate.

Its up to you to prove it. You are the accuser. You have been unable to. You have offered no evidence, other than its not like a birth cert from Hawaii, in spite of the fact that it is. Until then, the Birth cert from Hawai'i has the presumption of legitimacy under US law, and Obama's legitimacy has been confirmed by the US congress.

@NoMoreBlatherDotCom Now your stupid conspiracy claim actually adds weight to Fukinos claim, because the AG WOULD have "Legal Qualifications" to determine if Obama is an NBC, and if Fukino asked that advice and then announced something that concurs with that advice,than that means that Fukinos statement is legally correct and Fukinos Qualifications are therefore irrelevant.

Fukino has the legal authority to confirm that the information on the image of the birth cert released by Obama and later by factcheck is directly concurrent with their own records. That he was born in Honolulu. The supreme court DOES have the "legal qualifications" and has ruled that anyone born on US state soil is an NBC.
