The Clean and Unclean of Yahweh! (Weekly Torah Parashah)

http://www.Torahlife.tv This week's Torah Parashah is Leviticus 9:1-11:47. As a health teacher I find it amazing that the clean foods giving in this week's torah are best for our health and the unclean are unhealthy. But the idea goes beyond food. It's about the meaning of how to live a life for Yahweh. Separating the clean from the unclean. There are consequences for not being set apart for Yahweh and He reminds us in our downfall that are actions are often the result of our disobedience.

@REAL88E - you make a good point... and as Paul said in his epistles to the Romans - the Jews are the "natural branches" and we gentiles were "wild branches". The Jews were cast aside so God could bring in the Gentiles... but when Jews are reconciled it is like bringin "life from the dead".

@Amidat , thanks for replying Amidat and for the interesting info on the plants other uses (which I didn't know) besides smoking it which I think is dumb. Maybe they should go back to using them as they did in the past for fibers and such instead of a mind altering drug which serves no real purpose to mankind.

@RendaBatYah - that is an interesting viewpoint. all plants were created by God and have a use. it's man that corrupts it. I personally don't agree with smoking because smoking anything is unhealthy. The plant itself though was used in tea for centuries and the fibers of the plant were used for industry. Opium and the coca plants also had uses long before smoking them became an issue. For some reason it seems smoking a plant alters its chemical state which is what causes the problems.

im leaning towards not eating pork peters dream about animals was that just the gospel going to people who didnt keep tora and were unclean. i see it like this paul jesus kept the true sabbath why shouldnt i. i herd strong arguements for and against but i belive salvation is from the jews a real good tora teacher who becomes a christian is gods gift to the christian church.jerimiah 10:1-6 was that talking about christmas?should i live pagean free if thats pageanism?

I really enjoyed this. I liked and agree with the health advice. The Bible doesn't mention pesticides, growth hormones, and all the other things man has done to our food because of the love of money. So it is probably a helpful thing that you mentioned it to your viewers. Great job and Yeshua bless you.

Paul, why do you do the torah Parashah on Tuesday sabbath is not until Saturday. Can you do them closer to sabbath? Did you know that they drug up veggies and fruits now? Ya they do they fatten them up like they do the meat so unless we have our own farm and garden we cannot get away from the bad stuff in the food.

Shalom Paul, good video although I disagree with you on being vegetarian but that is not why posted. My question to you is how do feel about some Christians and Messianics who say smoking marijuana is ok as long as it is done in moderation according to the bible? I strongly disagree with them on this but I am hearing this lately.

What about Passover? The wine represents the blood of Jesus or do you use non alcoholic wine ? Passover seders have the cups of wine. I can see what your saying but wine was used for special festivals.
