  • @Mikizzle15 : 100% in agreement!!! Nic is dope..

  • My favorite instrumental

  • How can someone dislike this???

  • @yaboyschooledya ying yang?

  • @phat4life99 yea i feel you..honestly i almost feel they got a zin n zang thing going (due to the obvious) both kill it when it comes to the beats

  • @phat4life99 yea they whave a big simalirity and i think its the same hi hat and some simlair bass lines

  • How can you even compare Nicolay to 9th Wonder?!? Like someone below me said, Nicolay lays it down so much smoother. Like the songs with someone singing/rapping over them sounds like a smooth joint. And when it's just an instrumental, it sounds like a fuckin smooth ass jazz cd. 9th has some good stuff don't get me wrong, but Nicolay is more diverse in his patterns and overlay.

  • @glamsquaddiva Don't forget about DJ Premier, Pete Rock, Dr. Dre and Hi Tek. They have been in the game along time as well.

  • I don't really see the comparison either. I mean maybe they have similar tastes in sample choices but Nicolay's drum selections are much more diverse IMO.
