Countries dont fund stuff like this, private businesses make these types of thing and sell them; The government isn't a business, and i dont hear anything about Argentina funding things like this. And second off we didnt blow up our own towers, thats an arrogant and idiotic thing to say. Its also rude because allot of people died. you should also learn how to speak english.
