Looking for ways to make the kettlebell heavier and it suddenly hit me, not the solution, the kettlebell. If i look a bit fed up its cos i caught myself in the face on the prior attempt. I dont think this method is practical.
I was digging your old hair style better, it was more hard-core somehow.
Have you read about how the power- and Olympic lifters arrange their training schedules in order to boost their max?
If you haven't you might be able to post a video of a 90 kg bent press with perfect form in a couple of months by applying the training techniques of the elite weight lifers.
Nice going! I think you are pressing too much with your tricep. The proper way to bent press is to lower your self under the weight. You are strong enough to do at least 60 kg if you appy the correnct technique. Plates are problematic. I use wrist/ankle weights, dumbells and chain to add weight to the kettlebell.
@ihatelols They're kinda chipped in some places. They are CAP brand. I suppose I can use weight lifting gloves or try to repaint them. Thank you.

I paid $120 for an 80# and a 50# kettlebell today. Did I get a deal or robbed?

I'm sorry, I meant to say that you're strong enough to bent press at least 80 kg.
