open carry your gun you have a right to remain silent from bose law firm. I highly recommend this lawyer he does an excellent job of explaining your rights

go to the following link to have Eric holder the one responsible for ATF corruption to be impeached. Sign the petition and it will happen everyone. We need someone in office who supports machine gun rights to law abiding citizens and someone who isn't corrupt.

  • Good point. There is no need to say anything, or consent to a search.

  • this has nothing to do with open carry....

  • @abandonedbikeco CAR RAMROD!!!!!!!

  • @modex20 - that would be within your rights but it would probably be better if you at least said "I wish to remain silent." If you've been drinking, it might be a good idea, but cops are pretty savvy and might just proceed to do a field sobriety test on you. Having said that, if you've been drinking and you do talk he'll smell it and give you the test anyway. Best to ask a lawyer, of course. If you don't want to pay for one there are lawyers who give free intro consultations.

  • If your a Lawyer, I thought you would want people to talk and get arrested..so you could get more business!!!

  • 6:39 officer Ramathorn?!?!

  • So if a cop stops you, are you allowed to just stand there with a blank look on your face while he keeps asking you to speak?

  • @withmyeye Exactly!

  • Yeah, choose to remain completely silent and the cops will violate your civil rights anyway. Speaking to them *might* prevent you from getting pulled out of the car, beaten, tazed and arrested, because refusing to answer them is routinely and conveniently interpreted as being combative and suspicious behavior.

Also, even civil rights lawsuits don't do anything except get the victim some monetary compensation at tax payers expenses while the criminal cops get away with their behavior.

  • I'm Not from the gumment and I'm here to help you.

He brings up some very good points. Notice these cop shows, the CSI shows, etc., how the suspects sit and jabber away trying to prove their innocence without a lawyer present, but giving the cops more evidence to use against them. It's presented as the norm, it's like we're being trained to do it.

Remember, you're innocent til proven guilty, the burden is on them, why help them?
