@234566tgvb More and more first time buyers are buying at auction. The problem is too many people today, particularly young people, want to move into something perfect that needs no work or even decorating and life isn't like that.

Personally, I feel there should be price capping on certain protenty of a certain value. As in you can develop them as much as you want, but when valuing any changes you made can not be consided in the value on certain propetys (Flats, etc). The only thing that could be taken into consideration would be the price from the day it was built and the changes in the market, that hiopefuly would allow fresh blood onto the market.

My worries about this program is they are encouraging possible propeties for first time buys to be devloped to apoint, so that first time buyers are slowly and surely been pushed out of buying and more into renting. This is good for then on short term bases, but if first time buyers can not buy easly, then the market starts to dry up and there is less and less people who can afford to buy these really nice, expensive houses.....
