This one of seven informative videos is based on a 2 minute audio excerpt from The Chakras CD, which was created specifically for the professional healing environment. Initially conceived with master teachers Annie Benefield and Jerry Lawrence, the Chakras CD is 60 minutes in total length, incorporating 'Alpha State Tempo Mapping' (starting at or below a tempo of 60 bpm and gradually slowing down throughout the piece). Each piece begins with 30 seconds of water sounds and a drone ('Ohm Space') in the proper Key Note for that chakra. Each CD also includes a Chakra Information Chart.
