i disagree on the throwing the bat comment.. i dont think its bad sportsmanship. when i get hit or walked i throw the bat back toward my dugout and then the person on deck hands it to the person in the hole and they set it in the dugout. sometimes you can drop it at the plate but then it wastes more time getting it back to the dugout. alot of times people will just toss it toward the dugout.

i am actually a soft ball expert. she wasnt loading up fast enough and she was dropping her hands.i would reccomend a developmental league for her. i feel very bad that she isnt as good as the other girls. a developmental league would fit her much better.

i think the thing that makes it so funny is that the ball just FLEW off her head, and the catcher's looking around like "where the crap is it?". totally agree on the spartsmanship comment tho!

i hate getting hit in the head. happened in my game last night. though i was catcher, had my helmet off and the throw was coming from first.....hit me right on the bridge of my nose. it was a total @!$&@ moment.....thank goodness for pain killers, lol

She underestimated the ball. She thought the ball was higher than it was. Still stinks to get hit in the head. Thank goodness they make you gals where batting helmets.
