I remember reading that after cardio exercise you shouldn't stand still, to avoid blood pooling in your legs.

Yowsa! That right leg is an injury just waiting to happen. Like a rubber band ready to snap.

Dr. Mercola, your site and this video are truely an informative, motivating and inspirational. I am trying to open a health centre in Macedonia and your site remains a key resource for me. I appreciate the frankness of your approach. Regards, Jonathan.

Sorting out postural imbalances takes time. It does not mean you can't do the exercises in the mean time, does it.

you mean his Right!
that could be from an oldd knee injury, tho it'd be good idea to have the pelvis & hip/knee muscles balance checked, ideally by a knowledgable Applied Kinesiologist Chiropractor/Osteopath.
