On Jan 1, GM, as they did at the start of this year, will automatically start in the Red with 5 Billion in the hole because they took and built there worker retirement funding so that it reinvested it all back into the company.
They present pension cash flow for the workers never built up any assets to help pay the retired workers for the past 30 years.
Bless the CEO's and there Government cronies for that "small" tax break...

Pleased to see the UAW question "out there" WITH the full, unchallenged* explanation of the additional (unrealized by the worker) costs of union labor.
* On other, commercial broadcast panel-news-discussion shows, it's met with strong denial, derision and diversion off the topic... as if strong denial will make it disappear from the "Big Three's" balance sheets.
