  • I'm no more qualified that anybody else in my field, but my salary is in the 95th percentile. Nobody is comfortable negotiating salary, but the way I look at it is you typically only have to do it once a year on average. If you can get an extra $1000 for ten seconds of work, that's equivalent to making $360,000/hr for that ten seconds. I'd eat toads for $360,000/hr!

    Push hard, but NEVER EVER make the discussion about need. Make it about what you are worth to the shareholders! You'll win.

  • Ok, I aced the phone screen and had the in person interview. I feel it went very well, especially with some tips from your videos... its been 3 days and I have not heard anything back. I sent a very nice thank you note the next morning...... my question is, should I call them or wait a little longer?
