Like I said, you decide whether it's ironic or tragic. Personally I think it's a little of both, though it started out as a humor piece.
Again, thanks to go out to Billy Joel, Panzer/Davis Productions, Peter Wingfield, Tracy Scoggins and all the others

  • Wonderful! I grew up on Highlander and this is one of the best video's I've ever seen done in it's tribute.

  • Good gods, this brings me a decade ago! I was about ten years old when they were airing this show in greece, and he was my first amphiguous guy to develop a crush for (I've adored dark characters that stand between good & evil ever since, in both literature, cinema & tv). Plus, his voice was...was...sensoual is the only word I can think of.

  • @mirkgirl No, I think Methos was forced to do all that, otherwise Kronos would have killed him, he was just trying to survive. He could have taken Cassandra's head long ago knowing she was immortal and without even letting her know about her immortality. He let her live anyway. So if it wasn't for Kronos, for his own survival he would have never done that. I wonder how they all met though and how they separated.

  • @mojparagraf billy joel

  • who plays that song ?:)

  • She probably got Stockholm Syndrome. Other than that I don't think she would.

  • First of the video i loved because methos while not innocent like the video says has redeemed himself. I personally like the methos cassandra pairing despite their past infact it is because of there past. Lets face it. What methos said to duncun when duncun confronted him on his past was true. The times and the world were different. This predates most civilazations and there morals. It was acceptable to raid a village and take the women as slaves back then. He is more real to me and my favorite.

  • Never quite that evil... actually he was just smart. For him it was just some angry adolescense revived. Or maybe more like a middle-age crisis. It was what he did, and he did bloody enjoy it, but it wasn't what he WAS. He could enjoy any game, cause he can play any game. The other three couldn't find another reason to live, but were also incapable of making even that without the brain - methos. That makes him thrice as guilty as the other three taken together. Doesn't mean he's not my"hero"tho.

  • How is someone to forgive their rapist.

  • Well, I think you're right. Cassandra will never forget, and never forgive Methos. I wouldn't do too if I was in her place. Even if he's my favourite character. He is no innocent. He is guilty. He couldn't change his past, but he has changed himself during the centuries, so we can love him. But he was a murderer, it's a fact.
