The Circuit is finished but will not deliver the Current I need. I think thats what it is, any ideas anyone?

  • Well if you don't like them don't watch them. A donation is a gift you do not have to....

you are very hostile, maybe you could learn to be nicer?

    Paul.

  • Can you give me a schematic for this?

  • Its just a basic 555 timer circuit powering a relay. I did not work very well either....

    Paul..

  • Hello you need a diode or a 7555IC or a 555IC

  • Hi ya I have gone down the PIC route, thanks for the response..

  • you need to put a diode in line with your load...

  • I had to bail on this video because it was too shaky and blurry. You need to remake it Mate. At that point, I'll give you a thumbs-up rating.

  • Put a diode backwards, this happens because current builds up at the wire.

  • Try using a diode backwards on either pin of the relay. This will stop a spike coming through which could cause the "Flidding out" :P

  • u need a relay lol dumbass :P nice design tho

  • @kubikop i'd donate to you if i could

  • get or back EMF out :o thats what happens with inductive loads "coils" it be canceling your relay EMF out how to stop this? increase your power factor by adding VAr's :D

  • @stripes5150 True. But maybe a lower ohm resistor to the base pole of the transistor will give you a lot more current flow through it. That might help.

  • coils store energy so you need a a switching diode to prevent feedback from the coil

  • Yes can you send me the diagram for that circuit please ? I know what dto do with it.

  • ha ha you r using samr suply to power relay or wired it incorectly it should be made so the 555 timer input instead of cap is triger coil then output through transister or mosfeet the relay is not needed.
