in everybodys opinion which bike would be best to haul a camper trailer 255-500 lbs, heritage softail or road king, no passenger, wondering about suspension... thanks

Since i did this clip i have changed the pipes to Vance & Hines slipons, V&H Chip and High flow cleaner. Its now much louder and faster all up off the start line.

Nice Bike, I have a 07, Road King Classic and I hear the whine in 5th gear also, even after putting on the Screaming Eagle Pipes, which are the loud pipes before they were tamed down after 2006.

Very nice! I have the same bike (Pacific Blue). I put Python pipes on it, and I love them. I also went with a Comfort Stitch seat and backrest. I've put on about 1400 miles in 6 weeks, and I can't get enough. Question: do you have a whining noise in 5th gear? The dealer told me it was normal, but I don't know. Anyway, great bike bro!

Ive heard about the whine in 5th, I've done 2600Km and i cant hear anything wrong yet!
I think its a problem that is becoming common with 07 bikes as i have read in forums of the complaint. I now have V&H slip-ons, I cant hear bugger all, No whine on mine. Thanks for the post.

After market screaming eagle exhaust not loud enough... I have now installed Vance & Hines slipons, much louder.
