南京鹽水鴨的做法

南京鹽水鴨的做法:
1. 鹽醃:
按每磅鴨放一湯匙的比例,可加花椒每隻鴨15粒。將鹽 炒到不白﹐然後下花椒。抹遍鴨內外,醃6~8小時。
2. 烹煮:
按2杯水:1湯匙鹽的比例準備約20杯的鹽水。水開鴨子下鍋。待水再開,轉成小火20分鐘。熄火,燜20分鐘。完成。
糟豆芽的做法
1)黃豆芽快速氽燙。 2)撈出瀝乾。3)倒入糟鹵。4)拌勻可即食,放入冰箱隔天更入味。
烤箱版烤山芋
1) 將烤箱預熱至385F 2) 將烤盤墊上錫紙,山芋洗淨攤平。3) 放入烤箱1.50小時。
