Though it's cheap humour, I still buy it. :D

How did you do this? What program do you use?

For the voice, I used Speakonia. It's a text to speech program you can download for free. For the scene, I used Microsoft Paint. After that, I put all of the files into Windows Movie Maker, and went from there.
