  • I have worked through three large corporate environments from retail to SaaS for over a decade. In all that time I have never seen someone put together a SWOT exercise like the one you showed here. The way you have broken this down is brilliant and should be part of every corporate training curriculum.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for putting this video together. I'll be sharing this with everyone at my office Monday morning.

  • @DoublePlusGoodGames So glad we could help. Would love to hear how your company reacts to using a SWOT anaylsis!

  • virtualstrategist ( Erica Olsen) It would be very cool if you could record some more videos or release another book. You rock!!! All these other "strategy gurus" don't know what they are talking about but you do.

  • @dannywizz Thanks! We're working on more videos now and keep your eye out for a new updated version of Strategic Planning for Dummies in the near future!

  • Brilliant! Couldn't have been explained any better!

  • Excellent video... you have explained this concept so well. Yours was the top youtube video on this subject. You are a good teacher!

  • You mention that under the internal assessment (strengths and weaknesses) we are in search of information that covers "capabilities/brand/processes". What specific items under these headings should we focus on?

  • THANK YOU!! SO MUCH !!
