Ricardo, Lord of Darkness is the most kick-ass vilain EVER! His move, the Torture Thrash or the Brazilian Nutcracker or whatever you wanna call it beats the hell out of all others. Not to mention he has some awesome submission moves (Aranha Clutch and Zuffara).

@kinnikufan: thunder & Lightning's Collapse of Justice Press tag finisher would like to have a word with you about coolest finishers. Those are the new villains in the Time Chojin story arc currently going in the Kinnikuman NIsei manga. They just got finished beating Neptuneman and Mammothman and are about to throw Neptuneman into a volcano.
