sticking question: when you(he) is doing that blast beat hand technique does he use the index finger as a fulcrum and apply pressure with the thumb on top of the stick and get the "up" hit with his fingers( if so does he use ring/pinky) ? or do you just drop the wrist slightly and use the fingers with the thumb? some1 explain-- i feel more comfortable using my middle finger/ring with the "up" hit, but i think its less effective for control/speed/volume
