I love your princess balloon I am thankful, you are a blessing. I have a princess party today and used you idea and made a staff princess wand to match with the jewel in the middle. Thanks again

@rutica If its too big just twist the length piece farther down, so instead of a bubble you will have excess. Just cut off the extra and tie it off. For too small, you will probably have to add another balloon. So where the pinch twists end you will actually cut off all that extra, make sure to tie it off, and then add a new (same color or different) with a pinch twist to start, measure the head, and then attach to the other end, wherever it fits.

that is so pretty! but i have a question: is it one size fits all? if not, when do you measure the kid's head diameter? cause it's very pretty, but if the crown is too big or too small, it's not wearable.

@Starcify I keep my balloons very very soft when twisting, and only use professional quality balloons. My preference is Qualatex balloons.
