Used to play this with John Clay and the Lost Austin Band, a string band in Texas, from 1972-92. Great tune. One of the handful of non-originals we did.

@Wottabugga Well, I wouldn't exactly call it "pure" Australian. The words are indeed Australian, but the melody is a sped-up version of "Beautiful Dreamer," a 19th century American song written by the great Stephen Foster.
