Excellent presentation. I would suggest that perhaps it's more accurate to describe Lutheran teaching as the Body and Blood being "under" earthly elements, rather than "in, with, and under" (per Luther's Small Catechism). The "in, with, and under" formulation is often used in Lutheran churches, but simply "under" is more accurately Lutheran confessional, and likewise better reflects Luther's teaching on God being hidden in the creation, tho I'm not making a natural/sacramental connection.
