Full Disclosure Network interviews non-profit, public interest "Judicial Watch" attorneys who go for Court Order to stop illegal payments to the Judges in Los Angeles Superior Court. Will the Judge rule in the Judges favor? High priced, big lawfirms represent the Judges at taxpayers expense. Features: Sterling Norris, Paul Orfandedes of Judicial Watch, Full Disclosure Network's Leslie Dutton.
Notice how everything in court comes down to an "opinion"?. There was a time when a court was BOUND BY THE LAW! No more, not since the congress made it impossible for the average person to access a Law ct. (an Article Three court of three judges) Only congress and authorities are allowed into those courts since 1976. It's a tragic fiasco, that in this country right under our noses, hidden from view behind the pen that is mightier than the sword, we have lost access to our courts of Law.

The court system indicates moral bankruptcy. The whole system should be totally dismantled and no one who is a judge now should remain a judge. They should all be in jail.

Abandon hope all ye who enter into a court (forget ct.s of Law, they no longer exist for the average person) these days. Ct.s have become corrupted beyond measure. I've been there. It's a miracle if one maintains their sanity at the linguistic babble that passes for ct. judgments. Case in point: see at 2:55 or thereabout. The Rules of the court is a quagmire of obfuscation and double talk all designed to deny justice to those deserving of it. It's total corruption to the bone. It's irretrievable.

Grand juries are made up of idiotic minions kissing up to the authorities and they have a tendency to "rubber stamp" whatever is put before them.

Dear Leslie
I have a friend that is appearing in Los Angeles Court for a criminal offence. I was wondering if he should tell the judge if he could make a contribution to the judges health and retirement plan. That way he would be seen as equal to the los angeles county prossicuter. At least he would not be in a finantial disadvantage. PLEASE RESPOND with your thoughts.

Dear Leslie
I quikly read the dissision of the court regarding this case and my thoughts are this, 1. Did the L.A. Superior judges declare war on the people?
2. CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION

against it, adhering to its enemies, or giving them aid and comfort.
A person may not be convicted of treason except on the evidence of

Dear Leslie
One more question. I would like to know if we the people could could bring up a grand jury inditment so they could be charged and tried infront of a jury of the people. I very tired of this proccess of going higher up on the good ol boys club looking for justice.

Dear Leslie
I have a question. Is this a law suit for money? Since the judges have listed themselves as codefendants and judicial watch wins this case does that mean that they can't be criminally charged later. (You can’t be tried twice for the same crime) are they trying to get away with being criminally charged. I can’t handle the idea that they could get away with this by just paying money that would probably would come from the tax payers. P.S. thank you for having fred call me.
