Not to be combative or argumentative for the sake of it, but your scriptures don't really match the points you make.
Jesus absolutely ate/fellowshipped with those who rejected Him which says to me that we are to do the same (Matt 9:9-12)
And you are right God defines the purpose of the church and in His design we are to reach out to all kinds of people.

We do not define the purpose of the church, God does:
"And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it" Matt 16:18
How can those who are saved by the work of Christ have fellowship with those who reject God :
"15Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him."
As for Homosexuals..
Romans 1:27 Men committed indecent acts with other men..
