(I'am german and played the german version - and can't get the Trophy)
Wow... And I was happy, because it was the first Game with really good synchronization - but so its seen is english the best language for games.

For anyone who wants to know you can get both the nerd trophy and the perfect crime trophy during one playthrough this saves so much time this helped me get me my platinum, I rented heavy rain for a week and got 100% trophies

Have to do everything required in a single play through. =/
It goes much quicker your 2nd and 3rd time through the game though.

can you get a trophy with skipping the chapters? because i have read to receive this trophy I need to colect all items through game continously

What you have read is basically correct...
For any trophy that only has requirements in 1 chapter, you can just load the chapter and get it. But, for trophies that have requirements in multiple chapters (like Nerd && Perfect Crime) you would have to do the requirements in a complete play through.
