Fast Pitch Softball - EDITING with SOUND and QUICK EDITS

This Emmy award winning television news 'sports feature story' is about girls fast pitch softball. It utilizies fast paced editing with lots of natural sound and 'straight cut editing'. It is a good example of simple straight cut editing after drinking a 5-shot Starbucks Americano. With this approach the viewer can get a feel for the game and the fierce competition amongst it's teenage participants. I shot and edited this piece with NBC Newschannel correspondent Leanne Gregg
