@JMWS312 These questions can be answered differently depending on what program is used to make the video. In this video's case it was one of my earliest pieces so I used Windows Movie Maker. In the program there is an import music option which allows you to take music you have elsewhere on your computer and import it into the program. From there you can put it into the video. The title was used with the 'edit title' option. Try googling a tutorial it would explain this better than I can.
