Fishing will always be a fine sport of patience, but now you can improve your mastery tenfold with FishID. This versatile toolkit allows you to identify any fish on a wide range of criteria, locate virtually any spot, add spots of your own and read all the local regulations in seconds.

SEARCH
Search for any fish by its common name, its scientific name or a guided walkthrough of its characteristics. Every fish has a detailed profile featuring crisp images, range maps, habitat data, common diet and even a description of it's taste.

LOCATE
Locating every place to fish is now a walk in the park. By inputting City/State/Fish or your current GPS location, FishID gives you a Google Maps layout with all the local spots tagged. Tap on any result to get instant directions, or see any notes and photos of the spot.

SHARE
If your favorite location isn't on the map, you share it with fellow fishermen and add it to the network. Add the GPS location or enter the City, State and nearest cross streets. You can include notes, what kinds of fish you caught there and snap a photo.

STAY SAFE
Fishing regulations can vary greatly from state to state, so FishID comes with a handy link to all the local laws of the land. And if that's not enough, FishID even includes a wealth of helpful fishing tips, so you'll always reel in that eye-opening catch.
